Installed as part of the establishment of the North Melbourne Town Hall Artshouse in 2001, this solid-concrete titling has since become a noted civic landmark, regularly featured as ‘short-hand’ for this rapidly gentrifying inner-city area. But perhaps its greatest contribution is its daily use by children as a wonderful typographic playground.
