Multistory is a site-specific typographic installation, telling linked stories of Melbourne through one single window. The stories all emanate from things that can be clearly seen by the viewer from the window. This work could be found in a rather unlikely location – on the third floor of Emporium Shopping Centre in Central Melbourne. 

Researched and designed as a quiet little discovery in the everyday experience of a shopping centre, the short-duration public art project, commissioned by the City of Melbourne through its Test Sites Program, ran for one month.

Multistory was assisted by the kind generosity of the Melbourne Emporium Shopping Centre in allowing its installation.
