RMIT School of Architecture

Developed as an overarching communications identity for the RMIT School of Architecture, the system creates a visual illusion of multi-dimensional form. Specifically created as a templated system for in-house use, the identity has accommodated great flexibility, using ‘multiple voices’ within the one professional discipline.

The multi-dimensional framing illusion is one of the constant features of this system. The extrusion (or depth) of the shape varies as desired.
The identity needed to typographically operate within the broader RMIT branding system which uses Museo and Helvetica Neue.
The multi-dimensional identity works very well on small applications such as mobiles.
The School Website presents a clean, multi-tiered system, offering huge amounts of information within chromatically-defined areas.
